Set up your cam to broadcast to:

Host site:   ftp.x-boys.com
Username:    xboyscamone
Password:    A9passone (case sensitive)

Give your uploaded pics the name "campic.jpg".

Try setting uploaded image size to 160x120 (to save bandwidth).

Try an interval such as 30 seconds if you have a slow connection, otherwise use 10 seconds.

Use the webcam software of your choice.  Most webcam cameras, such as Logitech Quickcam and Intel
CameraPak, come with software which includes webcam capability.  A number of other software packages
are available for free on the internet at Download.com, such as EasyFreeWebcam, Avc_1000,
VCWBroadcaster, and more.
